SPDA is funded by some PWDs itself , Some of successful PWDs has decided that we should help to all types of PWDs as most of them cannot fight for their rights in society and people consider them as beggars and showed un necessary sympathy to them they all decided that we should change the perception of community to ward disability. Ihsan is PWDs affected by the Polio virus right lower limb done BSc cardiology, and the work experience on Disability awareness, Accessibility issues and Inclusion of CWDs/PWDs. Ihsan has worked 3 years with Handicap International as a technical officer Accessibility in Districts Bunner, Swat,Kohat and Hangu. Ihsan also have the work experience as an Education Officer with Association for Aid and Relief Japan (AAR Japan) for 4 years. Beside that Ihsan have attended more than 40 national and International Level trainings and builds his capacity as a Motivational trainer of PWDs, Disability awareness trainer, accessibility and Inclusion expert. Ihsan is a role model for all PWDs and a Leader of Disability rights movement in Pakistan struggling for achieving the Association goal and objectives.
